Genderswap is actually really unpleasant to be unexpectedly hit with for a lot of trans* people in particular. I think it's not necessarily about risks of triggering with kinkmemes - there aren't summaries or anything so warnings have more of a role in letting people make informed choices about what they want to spend their time on.
I'm fine with CNTW kinkmemes - I'm totally fine with CNTW generally as long as that's made clear. But I do think you're underestimating how emotionally charged genderswap tropes can be.
