At the moment I'm inclined to say any place that has leaves on the trees and where water outdoors won't freeze. :P But in July....hmmmm... are you a "laze about and enjoy doing nothing" or "do lots of fun stuff" type of person when it comes to vacations? Also, are you thinking of something in or out of the country?
