It's hysterical. It came out in 2004, you can probably find a DVD with English subtitles.
Turkey isn't exactly gay-friendly (not ragingly homophobic, but it is a Muslim country and that sort of thing is frowned upon) so it was really cute to see a movie where homosexuality is treated so lightly. It's a comedic movie so everything's played for laughs, but it's not moralizing or pretentious. I also love that 216, the sissy robot, is one of the only times I've seen an effeminate character who's not portrayed as a disgrace to the gay race, but as a good and loyal friend to the hero.
