Flist, are any of y'all watching this? I marathoned all the episodes yesterday and it's SO GOOD. It's a little like The Office crossed with Bridget Jones's Diary but with a realistic -- and yes, black and awkward -- protagonist. Plus, it's a webseries and a labor of love, and you can watch all the episodes for free on Youtube. If you like it, try Paypaling the creators a few bucks so they can make more episodes.

It's a sitcom, so tripped my humiliation squick a number of times. I'm not sure I'll be seeking out new episodes. But you're right; White Jay is adorkable. And he looks a bit like Misha Collins, which doesn't hurt either.
