Young Avengers #15: Resolution SPOILERS
Jan. 8th, 2014 02:57 amSo guess who works at a comic book store now? And guess who speed-read YA: Resolution right as it went up on the rack tonight, waiting to be delivered into y'all's hot little hands bright and early tomorrow morning? And guess who's got some SPOILERS for anyone interested...? Moi! moi moi moi!
1. Loki hits on Prodigy. Prodigy turns him down and tells Loki "You're not my type." Loki asks him what his type is, and Prodigy responds, "Good guys." Oh, burn!
2. Loki states that Asgardians don't have the same concepts of sex and identity as humans. "I'm the patron god of several of the most popular sexual acts," he tells Prodigy.
3. Prodigy saves Tommy Shepherd by making out with Not-Patriot, somehow? And Not-Patriot transforms into Tommy mid-kiss. I dunno.
4. Miss America was "experimenting" with her male teammate the Ultimate Nullifier and now seems a little embarrassed about that 'phase'.
5. Kate comments that she's the only straight person on this team. America tells her "Princess, I see how you look at me."
6. Noh-Varr also notes that bi/pansexuality is standard among the Kree and that he did some 'exploring' of his own on his old space exploration vessel before he crash-landed in this reality. Because he's from an alternate reality Kree, this isn't necessarily true for 616 Kree culture, but seems like a fairly safe bet.
