So I've been working on several projects involving Eleanor of Aquitaine, including an itinerary and a complete listing of her (many) grandchildren. I've discovered that Eleanor was the original grandmama of Europe, with a list of titled offspring a mile long. Among her grandchildren we find:

1 King of England (Henry III)
1 King of Germany (Richard of Cornwall)
1 King of Castile (Enrique I)
1 King of Jerusalem (Henri of Champagne)
1 Holy Roman Emperor (Otto IV)
1 Holy Roman Empress (Isabella of England)
1 Empress of Constantinople (Marie of Champagne)
1 Queen of France (Blanca of Castile)
1 Queen of Scotland (Joan of England)
1 Queen of Leon (Berenguela of Castile)
1 Queen of Portugal (Urraca of Castile)
1 Queen of Aragon (Leonor of Castile)
1 Princess of Gwynedd (Joan Fitzroy)
1 Duke of Brittany (Arthur I)
1 Duke of Lüneburg (Wilhelm of Brunswick)
1 Count of Toulouse (Raymond VII)
2 Counts of Champagne (Henri II and Thibault III)
1 Count of Blois (Louis I)
1 Palatine Count of the Rhein (Heinrich I)
1 Countess of Macon (Scholastique of Champagne)
1 Countess of Burgundy (Marguerite of Blois)
1 Countess of Pembroke (Eleanor of England)
1 Countess of Leicester (Eleanor of England)
1 Countess of Perche (Matilda of Brunswick)

Agnes of Germany (grandmother of Frederick Barbarossa) and Gisela of Burgundy (grandmother of Louis VII) would also be strong contenders: both married twice, and had over 20 children each. It proved difficult for some of their joint grandchildren in Monferrat to find spouses outwith the prohibited degrees!
