Interesting question. The problem is that Emilie has bipolar disorder, which is going to affect her mental state and actions in a way that MBTI is not designed to handle. With that being said, I think we can get an idea of her type. It's interesting that you mentioned her obvious N tendencies, because I agree with you, and yet my knee-jerk reaction was that she's an ISFP. ISFPs are artistic, eccentric, spontaneous, and deeply sensitive souls. Now, I'm an INTP, and we often have a hard time finding our place in a world that doesn't particularly want a bunch of lazy rebellious atheist anarchists, but ISFPs really have a hard time of it. Life can really wear down an ISFP, maybe more than any other type.
But as I said, I agree that she's actually N, and I believe she's an INFP. She's a writer and a poet, which is very INFP, she's got that fascination with the dark and morbid, and she even has that slightly 'out of this world' quality all the INFPs I know have. My boyfriend knows Veronica fairly well and has met Emilie on several ocassions (I never have) and he told me that the last time they met, Emilie said, "Oh, it's you!" and then grabbed him and began drawing on his neck with a marker. That's something I could imagine my INFP friends doing. They're all a little bizarre, which isn't to say the other types can't be bizarre, but an INTP like me is more likely to try to engage you in a discussion about fourth-dimensional Euclidean space than doodle on you with a marker. INFP bizarre is more "yay I'm a fairy!"

TL;DR: INFP, outside chance she's ISFP.
