So I finished reading the three-issue Ant-Man & Wasp series, along with the Irredeemable Ant-Man series (which intro'd Eric O'Grady, Ant-Man #3) and I am full of squee.

Okay, so I am not the biggest Hank Pym fan. I am not exactly drinking the haterade, but I've never been a fan. However, lately I've been finding that I like Hank a lot more when writers acknowledge his cray-cray, then allow him to move on from it with dignity. Whatever, if I can have sympathy for Daken when he's such a mean little shit, I can feel some sympathy for Hank, who at least is trying to make his life better.

The mini is delightful. It is cute, it is action-packed, it has Eric being a colossal remorseless dick and Hank being a somewhat nobler, remorseful dick.

Also it contains such gems as Eric being inappropriately salacious around Hank.

Eric talking shit about Hank's lack of merchandizing.

And when Eric talks shit about dearly departed Scott Lang (Ant-Man #2), Hank brings the fury!

From Marvel Team-Up #59! The thing I find most amusing about this image is how un-enthused Hank Pym is about fucking his wife. I mean, here's Janet, looking all sexy, like a brunette Marilyn Monroe. She's been pent-up, she needs to freak!! And Hank is reluctant to give her a good third-base makeout? WTF.

Whatever. Hank is responsible for one-half of the cutest baby in the Marvel Universe, so it's all good.
