So the news just broke that Tom Hiddleston is TOTES MARRIED YOU GUYZ.

I was so confused for a moment, because the post that announced it had photos of him with Rachel Weisz, and I was like -- 'Didn't she just get married to Daniel Craig, aka James Bond? Is she married to Tom Hiddleston, too?' and for a moment, in my brain, Rachel Weisz was the Pimp of All Pimps.

I'm still a little confused, because last year, he was seen holding hands and canoodling with Kat Dennings at San Diego Comic Con. So... did he meet and marry his wife in the intervening months? Otherwise, weird.

I'm actually speculating he met his wife (Susannah Fielding) on the set of Wallander (that's also where he got close with Ken Branagh and basically scored him the role of Loki) since she was prominent in one of those episodes. No idea on the timeline of any of this, though, lol. Wouldn't surprise me if he's married but also a player and that his wife is okay with it, nothing will surprise me.

I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he and Susannah were 'just friends' or on-again, off-again at the time Tom was seen holding hands with Kat Dennings, and that he didn't put a ring on it until later, until such time evidence to the contrary presents itself.

However, if he does turn out to be a playah, I will find it most amusing considering Tom Hiddleston was pegged by many a fangirl as likely to be gay. It'd be hysterical if he was the biggest pussyhound on the Avengers set.

Hi...random passer-by...stumbling upon this post and I wonder too if he's really married because I don't see him wearing a ring. Was it mentioned in any interview? This is just odd for me because I think it's like a tradition in the western world. And I agreed about him being pegged as gay...from where I come from, a guy who studies language and does yoga has 8-9/10 to be gay...

Some guys don't wear rings, and anyway, we don't know when they got married (I certainly hope it was recently, otherwise his behavior with Kat Dennings is, uh, questionable). Anyway, I didn't get the gay vibe everyone was talking about. Tom Hiddleston is just British.
